The Heart Behind Sparkle & Sip

Sparkle & Sip Boutique and Legend Lounge was founded by owner Vangie Ostera with one simple vision: to create an experience Houston & surrounding areas had never seen before.

She imagined a place where guests could browse a uniquely designed boutique, enjoy a glass of bubbles, gather over fresh cocktails and flavorful food, and stay for live entertainment, all without having to choose between shopping and a night out.

That vision became Sparkle & Sip Boutique and Legend Lounge, a one-of-a-kind destination where you can start with a shopping experience and end with a relaxing night in a luxury speakeasy!
